Before you pay

Registration Policies

Review these requirements carefully, especially when registering an accepted paper.

Author registration

Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one author with a Full Registration, whether or not that author is an IEEE member.

Multiple-paper coverage

Each Full Registration participant may cover up to two accepted papers when that person is an author of those papers.

Additional participants

Once the Full Registration requirement is satisfied, additional students may register at the applicable Student rate, while additional non-student participants are charged at the same rate as Non-IEEE students.

Paper presentation

Accepted papers must be presented at the conference. Papers that are not presented will not be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.

Cancellation and refunds

Registration withdrawals submitted after October 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. (UTC+8) will not be processed or refunded.

Workshop and status

Conference registration includes workshop access. IEEE members and students may be asked to provide valid proof of status.

Payment must be made in USD or CNY. The organizing committee's published policy takes precedence if any registration requirement is updated.

Early-bird rates are valid through October 15, 2026. Additional non-student participants are charged at the Non-IEEE Student rate. The fee calculator uses these published USD and CNY amounts and does not perform currency conversion.

  2. Complete payment

    Pay the calculated registration fee using one of the official payment options below.

  3. Complete the form

    Download the IEIR 2026 Registration Form, then complete all required fields.

  4. Email your materials

    Send the completed form and your bank transaction receipt to erai@ccnu.edu.cn.

Invitation Letter

Find and download both invitation letters issued for your name and paper ID.

Find Your Invitation Letters

Enter your full name in English and the ID of your paper to get both the Nilai University and IEIR 2026 conference invitation letters.

Use your full name as shown on your paper. Capitalization and spaces do not affect the search.
For example: 1, 001, or Paper-001.

Cannot find your letter, or attending without a paper? Contact the IEIR 2026 team and include your full name and paper ID, if applicable.

Registration Fee Calculator

Enter up to two papers and the participant count, then assign each paper to an author with Full Registration.

Early-bird rates apply through October 15, 2026.
One currency is used for the estimate.
Enter between 0 and 2 papers.
Enter between 1 and 20 participants.

Registration rulesAssign each paper once to a participant who is an author of that paper and has selected Full Registration. One Full Registration may cover both papers. Student participants use the applicable Student category; additional non-student participants must select “Additional Non-Student Participant” and are charged the Non-IEEE Student rate.
