Camera-ready PDF validation instructions for accepted authors

IEIR 2026 IEEE PDF eXpress instructions

Conference Information

All accepted papers must pass IEEE PDF eXpress validation before the final manuscript is submitted.

Validate your camera-ready PDF

IEEE PDF eXpress checks whether a paper meets the technical requirements for IEEE Xplore. Complete the final revision first, generate the publication PDF, and use PDF eXpress to validate the file before submitting it to IEIR 2026.

How to Use IEEE PDF eXpress

Prepare the camera-ready paper

Complete the final revision using the conference requirements and IEEE template. Check the manuscript carefully before sending it to PDF eXpress.

  • Paper title
  • Author names
  • Author affiliations
  • Main text
  • Figures and tables
  • References
  • Page formatting

Sign in to IEEE PDF eXpress

Open the IEEE PDF eXpress website. First-time users must create an account. Authors who already have a PDF eXpress account may sign in with their existing credentials.

Enter the Conference ID

After signing in, enter the IEIR 2026 Conference ID: 71002X.

2026 International Conference on Intelligent Education and Intelligent Research (IEIR)

Create a paper record and upload the PDF

Follow the system prompts to create a new paper record, enter the paper title and other requested information, and upload the camera-ready PDF that needs to be checked.

Wait for the technical check

PDF eXpress checks the technical compatibility of the file for IEEE Xplore, including:

  • Correctly embedded fonts
  • Valid PDF format
  • Correct page size
  • Compatible PDF structure
  • Other technical publication issues

Review the result

If the check passes, use the validated PDF as the final publication file. If the check fails, follow the error report, correct the source file, generate a new PDF, and upload it again.

Continue until the paper passes the PDF eXpress check.

Keep the validated PDF unchanged

After the PDF passes validation, do not add page headers, page numbers, watermarks, or other page elements. Any later change may make the file incompatible with IEEE Xplore.

If a content change is necessary, generate a new final PDF and validate it again through PDF eXpress.

Submit the final paper to IEIR 2026

Upload the PDF that passed PDF eXpress to the IEIR 2026 camera-ready submission system. PDF eXpress validates the file but does not submit the paper to the conference.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is PDF eXpress the paper submission system?

No. PDF eXpress checks whether the PDF meets IEEE Xplore technical requirements. Paper decisions and the final manuscript submission remain managed through the IEIR 2026 conference submission system.

Does passing the check mean the paper is already in IEEE Xplore?

No. A passing result only confirms technical PDF compatibility. Copyright transfer, publication material review, and the IEEE final publication process must still be completed.

Can the paper be changed after it passes?

Changes are discouraged. If the content must be changed, generate a new final PDF and run the new file through PDF eXpress again.

Recommended Workflow

  1. Complete the camera-ready revision
  2. Generate the final PDF
  3. Upload the PDF to IEEE PDF eXpress
  4. Correct any reported issues
  5. Repeat the check until the PDF passes
  6. Save the validated final PDF
  7. Submit the camera-ready file to IEIR 2026
  8. Complete IEEE eCF copyright transfer and other publication steps

After PDF validation

Passing PDF eXpress is one part of the publication process. Authors must also complete the required conference submission, IEEE electronic Copyright Form (eCF), and any additional publication materials requested by IEIR 2026.
